If you're still feeling intimidated by words like "photovoltaic," go ahead and watch this short video from SMA Solar Technology.

It explains the basics—when you choose solar, you'll have panels and an inverter installed to power your home. Then the panels capture the sunlight and convert it into solar DC power. It doesn't end just yet.

The inverter then converts this into alternating current energy that can directly power your home or business. Anytime that your solar system produces excess energy, you will be compensated for your contribution to the community.

If you're searching for a PA solar company, TerraSol Energies can handle any size project in the tri-state area.
