David Santoleri is co-founder and president of TerraSol Energies, Inc. David started TerraSol with over 35 years of industrial experience. Santoleri worked in technical, business and sales roles during his career at DuPont and The Ferro Corporation. Working in a fortune 100 company provided David with vast experience in business management, project management, engineering and design.

What David loves best about TerraSol is the satisfaction of seeing our team bring our designs to reality and making clients thrilled with the projects results. It is also rewarding to know that the systems we install are going to help the environment and result in great savings for the client over many years.

Santoleri sees continued growth opportunities as TerraSol starts to implement solar plus energy storage as part of our portfolio. David enjoys managing our owned family business. Working with his son, and nephews and the rest of our team is a great joy. Helping our employees to grow as we have been has created an opportunity for us to stretch our abilities and expand our horizons.

Rob Santoleri is Head of Sales and Business Development at TerraSol Energies, Inc. With a background in Finance, Rob is dedicated to helping business owners and homeowners alike understand solar as an investment. Rob takes pride in running our family-owned business and focuses on maintaining TerraSol’s small business feel as we continue to expand our portfolio in the solar industry. Rob knows many people are uniformed on the benefits of solar, he strives to be a solar consultant for his clients rather than just a salesperson.

Rob and his wife Jill, have recently purchased a “fixer-upper” home in Glen Mills, PA. They are enjoying the challenges that this project has presented and are excited to put their roots down in the area. Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, James and Francesca. On weekends, Rob loves to tune into the Formula 1 to watch his favorite drivers/constructors compete on the international circuit.

Matt Santoleri began his early business career with the entrepreneurial spirit; together, he and his brother started a landscaping company. This landscaping business with its humble beginnings has grown to include design and installations in not only the landscaping field, but also hardscaping and construction. During that time, Matt had worked closely with TerraSol Energies. Now with over 120 installations under his belt, Matt continues to bring an added level of construction and project management that will ensure your project is completed professionally and within expected timeline. Adding solar to your property is one of the best ways to help reduce your costs. He is looking forward to helping you reach energy freedom!

When Matt is not at the office, he enjoys spending time creating fun and fond memories with his family. This past January, Matt and his wife Samantha, welcomed their third child, Elizabeth, to their family. Matt enjoys spending time outdoors either hiking or canoeing down the Brandywine River with this family. Matt also has many hobbies ranging from woodwork all the way to the art of bonsai.

Carl Santoleri is the most recent addition to the TerraSol team. With a background in industrial engineering, Carl brings a new depth of process knowledge to ensure PV installs go as efficiently as possible. Prior to joining the team, Carl worked with QuantaCool Inc. designing and fabricating energy saving cooling devices for a wide range of computing hardware, in turn stemming a passion for energy efficiency.

Outside the workspace, Carl enjoys traveling, and tinkering with wide range of hobbies. He is an avid 3D printer and designer, from crafting toys for his nephews to repairing common household items that would otherwise end up in landfill. He has an appetite for learning, and on the more creative side of things, Carl has taught himself guitar as well as the technical ins and outs of photography.

Carolina previously worked for Capital One, where she discovered her passion for helping others become self-sufficient. She loved introducing people to new tools that could make everyday a little easier. Carolina is excited to work at TerraSol Energies, where she will have an opportunity to help people become aware of ways in which they can be more self-reliant while also helping the environment.

During her free time, she enjoys being at the beach and reading a good philosophical book. She and her husband Nestor recently welcomed Saturday and Sunday, two pink-bellied turtles, into their family. They are eager to meet their expected (human) baby boy this June.

Josh has always had a passion for renewable energy which stems from his love of the outdoors and nature. Josh likes working with his hands and learning new skills on the job.

Josh feels a sense of accomplishment with the challenges that he meets installing solar systems. Josh has worked in the solar industry for many years. His solar career started in Colorado in 2021 where he learned the ins and outs of solar installations, now Josh uses his years of expertise to lead the residential installation crew.

In his free time, Josh enjoys going to live music events, skiing, hanging out with his siblings, and cooking meals with his mother.

Rasha Atisha is our project coordinator with many years of experience in the construction field. Rasha’s experience in managing projects mainly comes from running a commercial/residential construction business with her father for over 12 years. She understands the challenges and rewards that come with operating a small family business. Her genuine passion to help others and see them thrive has been a driving factor in building great business relationships. As a project manager, Rasha creates an environment where others feel empowered to deliver excellent results. Her education in mathematics and engineering also lends a hand in her ability to analyze problems and projects and think logically to make sure a project is completed efficiently and on time from start to finish.

Rasha is originally from Michigan and had moved to PA after marrying Roger 4 years ago. She loves traveling and exploring new places nationally and internationally to experience and appreciate the different cultures in the world.

Ryan Drummond is a Commercial Solar Development Specialist at TerraSol Energies, Inc. With a wealth of experience in uncovering the financial benefits of commercial solar, Ryan is dedicated to helping business owners across the mid-Atlantic region understand the significant savings potential of renewable energy.

At TerraSol, Ryan is passionate about exploring the impact of the inflation reduction act on businesses. He finds true joy in researching specific grants and tax incentive options that result in massive savings for TerraSol’s clients.

As a former captain of the Delaware Blue Hens lacrosse team, Ryan understands the importance of teamwork and leadership. Before working in commercial solar development, he founded and sold a software company that helped employers recruit and hire college athletes.

Ryan and his wife Meg recently relocated from Wilmington, Delaware to Westchester, Pennsylvania. In his free time, Ryan stays busy coaching his three children in a variety of sports, including lacrosse, basketball, soccer, fishing, and mountain biking.

Vince San Severino began in the roofing industry working with an Amish company where he learned quality craftsmanship. He later decided to pursue his Independent Contractors License and from there launched his own roofing repair business. He has enjoyed working for hundreds of clients, treating their houses as if they were his own. As many roofing companies and manufacturers were taking steps to include solar options, Vince realized the great potential solar has to offer. Vince is excited to be a part of the TerraSol team, and he looks forward to bringing the same customer service and quality of work to the solar industry.

When he’s not at work, Vince enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Katelyn, and their two sons as well as honing his cooking skills, doing small home maintenance projects, and watching Philly sports.

Before joining TerraSol, Lucas had worked for his father’s landscaping business for more than 10 years. There Lucas learned the value of care and dedication for his customers property in and outside of the home. Lucas enjoys the problem solving nature of his role at TerraSol Energies.

Lucas likes the installation process, and finding new ways to improve that little by little. He prides himself in the “little details” of a project that make all the difference when it comes to building a solar system that will last the test of time.

In his free time, Lucas enjoys fishing with his family and friends, spending time working on cars, and playing music on the guitar and piano.
